Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Teriyaki Salmon

Fold a single serving of parchment paper in half and place on cookie sheet.

Put 1/2 cup carrots and 1 cup broccoli on one side of the paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Top with serving of salmon (I cut the bottom skin off).

Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce.

Fold over paper to enclose salmon.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!

I served it with caprese salad and sweet potatoes but it's a great meal by itself!
