When I first contacted Sue I had little comprehension of even the basic nutrition and workout facts. Through weekly calls and check-ups, Sue became my health coach. Not only was Sue extremely well educated, she was professional and easy to talk to at all times. Over a four month time period Sue helped me to lose over 20 pounds. During this time, we never met in person, but simply spent 30 minutes on the phone each week discussing workout and nutrition plans, simple exercises, and little lifestyle changes. I cannot thank Sue enough for the changes she helped bring into my life. I now am eating and living healthier than ever before and feel great!
It was truly refreshing to work with Sue. She has a way a breaking down health and wellness into chunks that are manageable. She did not have expectations that we would change every bad habit over night. We had a focus each week to work on. She gave us great information (along with recipes) on how to accomplish that without overwhelming us with more information than we could digest. We were given access to workouts of varying lengths that we could do right at home. I would highly recommend working with Sue to anybody who wants to get healthier. She has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and fitness and is absolutely delightful and non-threatening to work with.
