This is an amazingly effective 20 minute, full-body workout using 1 set of weights and your body weight! It's published here in two parts, so make sure you don't forget to get a sip of water after the first segment and move on to the second video which is only another ten minutes. Use weights that will challenge you if you have been doing regular strength training. Beginners should start with 5-8 pound weights and intermediate to advanced strength levels should try 10-12 pound weights.
Make sure to warm up well before the routine and don't forget to stretch afterwards!
