Plank it out!

Planks are a great way to strengthen your core which is the bridge that stabilizes and protects your entire body. Not only do planks strengthen that important bridge, but you engage the shoulders, chest, back, arms and legs too! They truly are a win, win when it comest to strength, balance and stability!

 

The first video displays the basic planks and modifications for beginners. It's important to master these moves before you advanced to the combinations I display in the second video.
