Cabin Workout Express

When the weather is beautiful, who wants to be inside?  And when you're at the cabin (or at home) for a long weekend, it's nice to have a simple, but effective routine you can go to in-between munchies and beverages! 

 

Try 10-15 reps, 1-3 sets, 30-60 seconds on the planks!
