Being consistent with your workouts means efficiency, right? Here's a great workout you can do with one piece of equipment, the body bar. Don't have a body bar? Try some dumbbells. Remember to consult with your physician before participating in a new exercise routine. Perform 10 to 20 reps, 1-3 sets.
