Oh My Aching Back!

Do you feel stiffness or back pain? Muscle tightness can build throughout the holidays for a variety of reasons. Wrapping, standing at the sink or stove for long periods of time, and even sitting around on the squishy sofa all can cause those little muscle twingy demons to show up! The most important solution is to move in all directions and participate in core strengthing exercises.

 

Here is one of my favorites to loosen up and strengthen the core all at the same time! Start with low weight and rotate 10-20 times per side. If you are unfamiliar with the core rotation equipment, take a few minutes to get proper instruction from a trainer. Let me know how it goes!
