We all need a sweet treat once in a while, so why not use natural ingredients that contain antioxidants, fiber and protein! These energy balls are perfect when you are on the run and need something to offer a quick energy boost and satiate you at the same time!
1 3/4 cups plain oats
3/4 cup almond butter (warm up if not creamy)
1/3 cup raw honey
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I love Ghirardelli Bittersweet Premium Baking chips with 60% Cacao)
1/3 cup organic dried goji berries
Adjust ingredients as needed and I recommend doubling the recipe because they go fast!!
