Rear Fly

So many of us concentrate on working those muscles that we can see in the mirror and we often forget about the back side. The rear fly helps balance your posture and the shoulder muscles. You can do this move sitting in a chair or standing. Notice how the elbows are slightly bent and remain stationary at the joint. All the movement is in the shoulder and upper back.
