Stationary Lunge with Bicep Curl


Work your upper and lower body with this great move! Your core is actually working hard to stabilize the body at the same time. Make sure you have a strong stationary lunge mastered before you add any weight or bicep curl. As you build your strength, try adding a bicep curl with light weights.
