How does it work?

It's important for you to know that I am not a believer in making things complicated. For most, less is more! I move slowly so that each new habit can be focused on and mastered. I will not throw meal plans, workouts, grocery lists, meditations and videos at you all at once like many programs out there! If that is what you want, I'm not your gal:) Too much information can be  overwhelming and causes people to quit before they even start. I keep it simple and effective! Trust me!

It was truly refreshing to work with Sue. She has a way a breaking down health and wellness into chunks that are manageable. She did not have expectations that we would change every bad habit over night. We had a focus each week to work on. She gave us great information (along with recipes) on how to accomplish that without overwhelming us with more information than we could digest.
